Fabrication
The UCM production complex is well equipped with modern production lines from world's leading providers of technologies for the international tobacco industry:
- 4 cigarettes making machines from a German company HAUNI GmbH (Körber Solutions);
- 4 filter making machines from a German company HAUNI GmbH (Körber Solutions), that allow to produce a wide range of combined filters;
- 4 packaging machines from a German company FOCKE & CO. of cigarettes formats: king size, compact (queen size), superslims and nano.
The production lines are equipped with an on-line "Lazer Perforation System", "TRACK & TRACE" labeling system, packaging of cigarettes packs in carton outers.

Our own "quality control laboratory" allows us not only to ensure the highest control of incoming raw materials and materials, but also to manage in real time all the basic parameters of the produced ready products.

Cooperation options:
- “end-to-end” production of tobacco products under the customer's trademark: from the development of the cigarette’s construction and selection of tobacco blends to adaptation or development of the packaging design, followed by support and quality control of the produced products.
- development of a unique product under the UCM’s trademark, taking into account all the special requirements of the customer.
